i really donīt understand the US law here - maybe someone can explain me the difference between a president elected with help from a foreign nation WITH and WITHOUT provable ties to it.

does that mean that a guy who finds drugs on the street and sells them is NOT a dealer ?

please help me to distinguish someone right from wrong. apparently I understood something wrong
