Are you thinking the facebook URL?
All of it is a little too gray for me, personally. It's a calculated risk but one that may be worth taking for this webmaster. Worst case scenario probably get the URL yanked by DCMA. I would guess the logos for the "As Seen On" / Reccomended By would probably first issue a C&D before going balls out legal and filing suit.
