Does one have to be a skilled surfer to click on Thommys banners?

no you do not have to be a skilled surfer - but if you use a computer you should know at least the most basics about internet.
alone that you THINK this issue have anything to do with me or my network or my software shows me that you are not even a bit smarter as the dumbest user.
you referring to a KNOWING BUG in YOUR BUGGY SECURITY SOFTWARE and you can not or want not understand it.
this site what you could not open was also not my site - it was a redirect site from one of my advertisers what is on voluum.
voluum is the number one marketing and targeting software in the world with trillions of hits per month. the company is in the top 500 forbes - and even THEY are not able to help an old clown who does not understand the internet but pretending he is the inventor of the www.
it does not make sense to explain your issue because you are too stupid to understand the web. maybe someone else is patient enough to tell you that it is YOUR problem what you see. this is already visable on your screenshot because in the tabs you have only sites with a favicon. seems you have never seen another one because you have been warned from you great security every time you tries to open a site without a favicon.
that a software would warn and check IF THERE IS a favicon and it is suspicious would be ok - because HAVING a favicon CAN make a security issue. but havíng NO favicon (what would not make sense on a tracking and redirecting software because it need to be fast and don´t load nonsense) CAN NOT BE a security issue. and the programmers KNOW THAT since 2016 as you can see in a thread in THEIR BOARD where the user wrote:
