Ohh i will smear you alright, show me a contract that says that CAT Production has Licensed their material for sale to other webmasters and / or websites.
Jet Multi does not have those, meaning that you dont either.....your only fault here is being too slack and not checking weather they have the right to sell the material you are now selling.

If you want proof then go check the model releases for that dvd, should you NOT find anything under the name CAT Production, well then you are not 2257 complaint either.

Said content was produced by CAT Production.

A deal between Cat and Jim is in place to distribute the content VIA DVD sales, and not able to sell or license on the internet.

Custodian of records for that content for DVD is in fact Jim.

Check the model releases and you will see who it was produced by.

Jim has no right to sell said content via the internet or to license it to others to sell as well.

If there was a mistake, and that is a big IF, it was on someone else's behalf. Just to attack on the boards without talking to us prior is not only unprofessional but just plain wrong. We have scoured the internet for CAT Production/s and found the studio, however there were no Dr. Moretwatt titles associated. You have even stated yourself that we may have been improperly informed so thank you for confirming that if there was a mistake it wasn't ours. The ONE title that you have now sent claiming to be yours has been deactivated and that is without any legal proof. This is only from you stating that you are the rightful owner and on your word alone. This title will remain off the site until the whole situation has been resolved. We do not want to respond to your posts on here since you have been speaking with us on ICQ after you have assaulted on us on our thread. Finally, we have looked at the 2257's and there is not one single mention of CAT Productions. Be a professional and deal with the people you may or may not have been wronged by and certainly not on a public board.

Okay, thank you for the clarification, we have already contacted the studio (as you have) and we will get to the bottom of this issue by Monday. Meanwhile (as stated earlier) we have deactivated the one title you stated as yours.
