Get stuff out there you don't give a shit about someone copying and keep your best material. once people start hearing it (if it's good) you'll start getting followers.

Mention or watermark any vids with a blog link or a shout at the end to your site.

If someone see's it thats in the biz and thinks you got talent then maybe they will contact you.
