1 thing: What damages you going to sue for? How are you going to prove those damages? How are you going to prove that anyone reading that mag is going to see that screenshot and associate it with your site? Almost no one here has ever been there, there was no URL in the shot, and the only real identifying thing they copied, the favicon, is so small that no one would go to your site, see the favicon and go "OH NOSES, this is that site that was in that XBiz article!"
They did a bad thing, but nothing you can sue over...this should have been a short first post mentioning they did it and it was not cool and that should have been that. Nice to see Xbiz stepping up and admitting the copy. Even if it isn't an issue that world peace hinges on, most people here have built things that they don't want anyone else copying. I'd imagine that if someone has an idie site that is their 'baby' that the feelings are even stronger.~

All the flaming, not necessary.. Agreed most of us aren't into furry but outside of that she's a very pretty girl. Funny thing is, she just doesn't put the pics forward on her tour that are the best ones (IMHO). If you take a look at some of the other pages she's actually quite attractive, less the body hair a similar appeal to Nina from the good 'ole days.

Ahhhhh so xbiz did use your button for the screen cap. My apologies for the earlier threads where I thought you where a total wacko. But on this note... do you have any idea how much real pirating goes on? By real, I'm referring to actual theft of your personal content and created works in a way that the thief is actually using said booty for profit? Admit fault, explain reason, offer resolution. No drama just good business. I have a feeling that unlike others who have been caught red handed, Xbiz will actually live up to their word.
