I was imaging that scenario with many alternative ways, but it simply not working.
For example, if you would somehow make working one uploaded pirated video equal site shutdown, tube sites would simply adapt by either requiring ID from uploaders or simply always buy content which would be good for content producers, but it still wont increase their revenues a lot nor change much.
My ideal scenario would be where it wont be allowed to post videos longer then 3 minutes.
