I checked your site and I'm pretty sure the biggest issue is the pops. So start with removing that and submit for re-review. If there are still any other issues they will point it out.

PS I noticed on mobile at the top, there is very high ad density, this might be an issue as well, but first thing is to remove that pop because it's a very bad one the way it triggers.
