beef, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, all meats, all fish, loving pollock & cod, all fresh, you can´t not go a few days without some fresh meats or fish, especially in tapas, paella & other lush foods!
Sod vegan, half of the time, not eating these foods is as unhealthy as eating say fast food daily
