I Kept trying to pay different services which require 3D Secure system and transcations always failed and when i checked my paxum account i found almost 11usd taken only because of those failed transcation.

each transcation they charged me 0.50usd and they funny part is they don t provide 3D Secure while most banks do.

Worest part is they charge me yearly 45usd for maintances and most of time either site is down or problems in transfer funds...... very often i face iusses with paxum

when i contacted them they replied.
Our bank does not offer 3D secure for this card.

is this a joke or what ?

Please guys spam with Good service who provide 3D Secure cards.
