I'd say the television commercial jingles, it takes talent to write music that will define a product and sell that product.

I hate country music, but not blindly. I was force fed it as a kid and grew to absolutely despise it. I do have respect for Johnny and Willie though. I think there is one Johnny Cash song I like. The rest of it is like nails on a chalkboard to me, but I don't judge people that like it.

A long, long time ago, children's music wasn't the commercialized crap it is today. For example, this was originally a children's song.
Or look at the next one. While exceedingly corny, it is at least somewhat classy.
And now compare it to the utter shite that gets made for kids today.

Country music sucks. Tv jingles are more annoying than good. I once would have never liked Childrens music but Sponge Bob Song, little einstien, mickey mouse, and handy manny grow on you.No doubt one may quote history to support any cause, as the devil quotes scripture.
