There can't be duplicates videos since there are no templates, just plugs etc...BUYING THUMB SPOTS (TGP / CJ / TUBE / ETC...)

What do you mean by submitter for tube sites? an app that let's you upload your videos to multiple tubes at once?
Or one that submits a link to your tube videos to sites that accept that?
