Not that I can think of. I do not think, "Flip This Website", is as prominent in adult.
People, like myself, can build one from ground up. But I do not think there is a business model where people are just doing the 'flip'. Most people I have met in adult are longer term thinkers that the mainstream crowds. At least from what I see on the boards. I love seeing a site around 1 week and sold on "great potential".

It would be difficult since most content license agreements don't allow third party transfers so including content in the paysite price would be a risky breach of contract in most cases.Comment

I know someone who has. He paid to have about 10-12 exclusive scene shot for his site and bought a ton of other "filler" type content. got the site, processing, nats and everything else hooked up only to realize he didn't have the time to really put into the site to make is a success so he sold it to an established company for a small profit. He made money on the deal but says in the end the amount of time, effort and headaches that went into it didn't make the money all that great.Comment

I used to read Site Flip U (looks like he took it down), sorta cool you can make a living cranking out niche blogs and selling em.
I'm sure there are a lot of people in adult who make sites just to sell them, but I haven't heard of anyone who makes a lot of money doing this on a large scale.Comment

I've actually thought about doing that with my 3D Toon content, I've never actually put it into motion though, BUT what I was thinking was something along these lines....
Domain name, tour, members area, and say 60 - 100 sets of content (semi-exclusive or exclusive) handful of banners & buttons and say a 10 - 20 pack of FHG's
My hangup lays with what the pricing structure should be for that.
So lemme pose this....
Would the above be something any of you would be interested in, and or what type of pricing structure should I set?

I do it for celebrity site(s) and foot/tickling sites, and clip stores. But not on a grand scale.
Mainly because they become so time intensive.
However, I also do a lot more work for the buyer than just a traditional 'flip' as it were. It can be advantageous for both parties if it works. I typically will stay on to show them how to run things for a period of time. Depending on the deal. I may also do uploading, watermarks, programming, help with design implementations, and so forth. Other times a simple copy and send them a ext HD.
