There is almost always some more expensive products that are not locked. In 99% of cases nothing to do with waciss. And yeah, it happens, that part of certain types of products are locked, part not, again in 99% of cases not waciss.
But it it happens that it is something for blacks, it must be automatically waciss.
Not saying it is not, maybe they operate on some statistics that blacks steal more, just saying that in general it is funny how it must be automatically waciss, because it happens that blacks are involved.
