    Job Applicant Response

    I have to replace one of the part timers I have working for me, this time looking for someone who is not a model or done work for us. I want someone completely separate and interested in the online adult business. So I throw some ads out there.

    The first few send me their resumes. Little to no relevant experience.

    Next come to 18 year olds males. Their e-mails read like a letter to Penthouse or Playboy.

    Then I get this one and laugh....

    Maybe it's just late and I am tired. But based on the job placement ad, and the fact I mention needing resume and references this just reinforces some of my previous opinions. I mean, that was it. All the e-mail said. I guess they expected to be taken seriously.

                      I have decided to go the Jim Gunn, and ASM route recommendations and just look for the apprentice. The girls are nice, but too sensitive and always have a story for not working. Much like the models.

                              Well, I typically get a long with women better than men, which is why I can recruit models better than business partner. However, when it comes to actually doing real work (non-modeling) they simply do not want to do what is required.

                              They also tend to not be able to handle coaching well, nor being held accountable. Everyone wants 100% pay, but doesn't want to put in 100% work.

                              Sad as it is. They would rather give you a foot job, suck and fuck you, whatever for $150.00 and 2 hours then do the 10-20 hours worth of work a week. Which I find ridiculously sad.

                              Sex is great and all. But this is about my business.

                                  iPod Touch is just an iPhone without the phone capabilities. The first release actually had not been fully inspected and still had some iPhone branding on some of it's applications and screens.

                                          I'll trade places with you for a day! I am completely unable to deal with women, not even to get models, heh.

                                          And I feel you, in the past when I've had projects that were too big or my own, and I've talked to guy friends about helping out, they always try hard and even if it doesn't pan out they did their best, girls have always done it half assed and/or just stood me up. I'm talking about people I've known for 10 years :-|

                                          I am open to try though, and know that in certain work areas it goes better with female workers- sucks ass when sexist ideas turn to be a fact.

                                              In the end, probably the horny 18 year old male with little to no responsibility will end up being the ultimate ASM clone.

                                                                                                      I've done a couple of job postings on CraigsList. I'm always amazed by how many people (the mass majority) refuse to follow directions or answer important questions.

                                                                                                      I guess if you're looking for a job and you want to stick out - all you have to do is follow directions, use proper grammer/spelling, and answer all the questions. That alone should put you in the top 10%.
