Did the FBI tell Hillary Clinton she would not be facing any charges shortly after the investigation started? Most likely yes. In very, very simple terms what Hillary Clinton did was just not illegal in any way, shape, or form. In fact, it was very common at the State Department, other government agencies, and Congress.

Actually it would benefit me if they were successful in unseating a President over a fake dossier. You have to remember I capitalize off of failures. An economic crash makes for a great buying season and I'm in the market for a few nice things... Update, it is said that this IS the actual full memo. The redacted parts of this memo are the parts that the House has under lock and key.. This memo is the FISA court informing the Obama admin of it's wrong doings. The redacted parts are the actual wrong doings and the names of the perps. So "the memo" wasn't created by Nunes himself. It was the FISA court who created this memo and Nunes has extracted the redacted parts for his memo..

Proving this, many members of congress in the past 24 hours or so have publicly stated that the DOJ, FBI etc have in their possession the memo they are requesting a copy of....so they really have no need to request it.. Their "request" is actually just a stall tactic... Nunes isn't going to allow them to have it, even though they already have it, because if he does they will stall it's release for months. By voting to release and giving Trump 5 days to decide, those particular parties have to convince Trump not to release it within that time frame. If Trump decides not to the house can then vote to overrule his decision.
