I was in design 2001 - 2004. I made good money from it 02 - 04. I made everything from $4k/month up to $15k some of the months. Anyway, enough to make a living.
Everything went to piss. Prices dropped, and things went downhill.
I tried the affiliate model a few yrs later. 1:600 was considered good. 1:1500 was'nt something unusual. I hade to send 1500 fucking potential buyers to a website, just to make a shitty $20 at it's best.
To much work, was'nt worth the effort. Spend 10hrs a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year to make a cpl of thousand dollars per month.

Today im in mainstream. I sell my own product (pdf, so it's not a physical product). I spend appr. one hr a day, and i make $35k/month. From $500/month to $35k/month in eighteen months.
The price for the product i sell is $80.
My ratio is 1:50, and i dont even have a website.
My costs for advertising and/or traffic is $0 (zero).
I use facebook groups for marketing only, and use messenger to "squeeze pockets".
It took me so far 80+ facebook profiles that's been suspended and six bank accounts that got closed for suspected money laundry. :D
Thing is this. If i can make $35k/month from one hr a day of work, and using facebook only for marketing, targeting a small country like Sweden (population: 10 million), how much can i make if i translate this bullshit im selling to all european languages, and hit europe and north america, leaving facebook and setup a website that will do my work?
