Pennsylvania is now added to the growing lists of states which the courts have decided that the Republican party illegally gerrymandered..
Say bye bye red states..even Texas will end up going blue in the near future.. The only way Republicans have been able to hold as much power as they have was by cheating the system.. Thats all getting over turned state by state. We will see a very diffrent map come the mid terms and beyond..
First, the Court finds as a matter of law that the Congressional Redistricting Act of 2011 clearly, plainly and palpably violates the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and, on that sole basis, we hereby strike it as unconstitutional

Btw this one state will change the House on its own..Penn has 18 seats in the House, despite the last election with a 3.6 million Democrat vote to 3 million Republicans the illegal gerrymandering gave Republicans 15 of the 18 seats.
This will at the very least cut those seats in half for the Republican party...With the Democrats picking up their rightfully fair share not to mention what they were already going pick up with the big blue mid term wave..
