By the way it is even funnier that it is exactly those "anti racists" that are excluding people based on race. Even creating laws for that, for example affirmative action.
Normal people: I will hire best skilled people based on their skills.
"Anti racist": I will hire people based on skill, but then will exclude some based on race.

I mean it is beyond remarkable how people do not understand that these "anti racists" are actually racists and not the other way around.
