I think it's caused by sitting all day at the computer, especially leaning forward to
the screen.

You are swalloing air when you drink or eat, and being bent over the computer
makes you incapable of burping so it all goes the other way.

Plus the chair is blocking normal gas "leaks" for hours, (silent farts, you never know you do)

Take a weekend off and see if you still have gas.
