FWIW, I too have a [very well ranked] "Penthouse" domain in which I was given authorization to use/register. The only condition is that the domain is used to promote Penthouse only... which is entirely reasonable for use of a trademark.
It is my opinion that so long as the buyer is made aware of the condition, and they choose not to abide by said condition, then they leave themselves open for Penthouse to pursue them.
Bump for the sale... I'm admittedly curious to see for what amount this domain sells

1. stop being a fucking pussy. and 2, if your a bottom feeder, then proudly admit it.
and 3, u can have a penthouse domain,just as long as ur not fucking with their trademark, and thats easily done by going over to batts's crack den, calling it a penthouse...and shoot the crack slores....thus wallah.
