Almost half a year without a Red Bull

was really no point in drinking them every day for me

why are you drinking them? feel any different after them? or just like the taste?

its sugar, caffeine, and acids, it really doesnt do much for you, honestly, redbull is mostly hype, i drank them for a long time too, but they actually just make you drowsy from sugar crash imo

when i drank them, it seemed like the more you drank the more tired it made you, you can have 2 before noon and still crave them at night because they dont do anything

I like the taste and I also think that the size of can (8 ounces) is perfect for a "snack". I drink sugarfree, the regular makes me too edgy.

This is true... I think I'm actually more tired on days that I drink them then days that I don't.

I drank it a few times and didn't feel anything. Not sure what the big deal was about people liking it so much.

was my experience anyway, i stay away from sugar and got bad sugar crashes, but drank them too thinking it would help, they were causing it lol

stopped drinking them and no more mid day drowsiness hahah

dude, I've said the exact same thing about energy drinks, except rather than Red Bulls I was drinking Amps.

it doesnt take a million dollars worth of research to undertsnad that some people who take in a bunch of sugar, get tired when it wears off. Take a look at kids consuming large amounts of soda, and youll see it... Coke probably surpresses the studies lol so they can sell more soda.

I mean, really, caffeine crash, sugar crash, having felt lethargic after too much sugar and caffeine i think many of us can vouch for the effects those substances place on us. While I know what you refer to, lets not say RedBull was sugar crash, and was caffeine crash then, either way many people get TIRED AFTER DRINKING these.

Those energy drinks suck. You get all jittery or crash afterwards.

A good old fashioned cup of coffee is still the best pick-me-up. Barely any calories, you don't get crazy, and you don't really crash.

well unlike most, i read the label of everything i eat or drink BEFORE I BUY IT and i dont consume things that are known to cause humans problems lol

i am a naturalist, i like fresh natural things, store bought pre-packaged things, including beverages are just not one of those.

I drank redbull for a very long time, then read up on each ingredient and then decided it wasnt the best thing for me personally.

Unlike many, i dont just run my mouth, I actually praactice what I preach, so at least you know im legit about what i say. I went from eating meat daily, to not. I went from drinking alcohol daily, to not. I at least indulge in things before making the determination, I should stop. Unlike many who just bash things, I speak from experience.

after cutting out alcohol and cigarettes, I felt compelled to control everything going into my body, and its worked wonders for my life change.
