I can't believe he did that. Life does seem harsh as disgusting as I think rape is...he should have to serve a mandatory 15-20 year sentence or something and then maybe get parole but..LIFE? Is there a chance of parole?

Something about the whole story seemed fishy to me. I know people contended that there was no rape, no penetration, he was just hanging out in a room. Rape is a horrible crime and I would NEVER downplay its effect on the victim. my comment on the sentence stands... yes he raped, and for that he will get fucked up in prison... but the sentence compared to other rape cases is a bit much ... all murderers dont get life... i believe they upped the ante because hes in porn...

But it seems that it was a harsher sentence because he is in the adult biz. He did not use fear and intimidation or physical strength to accomplish his "rape" and he gets a way harsher sentence for the girl thinking she might have been sexually assaulted?
Im not saying he doesn't deserve to get punished, but it seems that he just got "DP'd" by the system. And if it can happen to him, it can happen to anybody.
It would be equivalent to getting a week in jail for running a red light.
