lets say you had paid him $4k for a job. You weren't happy with the result, but no biggie, he's got the money up front so what's done is done. Then you in error send him $25k, and 4 days later, he is cheerfully telling you no problem, he'll send it back... He takes your bank info.
Now there is a problem because he has to go physically to his bank to do the wire. A month later he says that he can only send $10k per month because the bank limits it, but he takes your info and says that it's sent. Another few weeks go by and nothing. He tells you that there was some problem, and please send your info to him AGAIN and he will send the first $10k monthly installment again.
Another month goes by and nothing.
Now you start to be a little more stern with him and refer the matter to some friends that are in business negotiation. He makes them more promises to get back to them and then to send the money, and STILL nothing.
