Holy shit, you went and tried to out a pornographer to his FAMILY because he was mean to you on a message board? What this thread proved was a retired has been, who lacks the stamina to work, using a new camera for him and shooting the same style he shot 30 years ago. Was still able to produce porn the consumers liked as much as other producers.
And that trolls have nothing of worth to offer.
You're a real piece of work aren't you Paul?Comment

Hhat webmasters can't understand is porn hasn't changed much since I was doing it in the 1960s. This is because their world has changed, they went from Newsgroups to Tubes in a less than a decade.
Porn hasn't changed because biology hasn't changed. The body and brain are still the same. What arouses a man is still the same. A naked girl on a sofa fucking herself sold in 1916 and still sells in 2016.
The biggest change to porn is the route to market is easier so lots more can get into it.Comment

I am coming into this conversation late and, have only skimmed through some of the responses. No doubt, everyone's experience is different. Just since 2008, I see a bit of what Paul is talking about it. Of course, it depends on location and, the nature of the shoot. At one time, there was a plethora of beautiful models who did the tour route form LA, to NYC, to Miami. It was fairly easy to arrange for a model to travel from NYC to, upstate NY or Providence, RI to film. That somewhat dried up and, a few of the great agents in NYC left the business. Moving to South Florida, was amazing ....like a kid in a candy shop. The talent was beautiful, plentiful and, if you rented a location in in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area, you had your pick. Everyone exchanged STD tests but, no one really cared about what they were shooting that day. Questions weren't asked about whether talent had shot gay porn and, all of the ladies were happy to be introduced to FemDom. It was just fun back then. If a model was having an issue, which was rare, there was a replacement around the corner. The male talent was easier to find too. "Hey, do you mind if we tie you up, whip you and, then jerk you off? Can you give us two pop shots?" They guys were just happy to be there.
Skip to today...the number of models touring South Florida is a fraction of what it was just 5 years ago. There is no having a dozen ladies to choose from. Barely anyone shoots with cross over guys. It is important to stay on point and, be sure that none of your male talent has done gay porn in the last three years. Even FemDom, ladies are a little more uptight about. Not long ago, it was as if I turned them on to something they had been waiting for all of their life. Things are different. Not all of it, can I put my finger on, as to why. The agents, have definitely become more restrictive and, fewer and, further between. Even the male talent has become guarded. The stigma of cross over talent and, the taboo it has become in the industry has had to be a contributing factor.
It is still fun. The variety is less. The ease is less. The budget is less. It is a little more formal where it was once, wild and, crazy, free love with adventure.
I can identify with most of the posts I've come across here. More so, I can identify with Paul's. I am ancient. lol.Comment

In the New Year I'll be shooting morbidly obese women taking a shit and wiping their asses. No sex... no dialog... no faking anything.
The best part is it's only going to cost me $100 plus a pizza per scene and it'll probably sell apx 1200 pieces at about $30 each.
Sooooo... Adapt or Die!officially retired as of March 01 2018 but still fucking around and getting into shit.Comment

I am assuming that you are joking but nothing would surprise me these days. Good luck to your camera guy. lol.Comment

Well there's no doubt now.
It's harder to shoot porn today than it was back in the old days.
Because of the money.Comment

Nope I'm not joking.
In today's porn market there are 2 ways to produce a product.
1. Super high end production values bordering on being an indie film (eg. Love 2015) or being considered "Art."
2. Super low end shit that's no better than a train wreck.
Considering my age and that my grand kid is determined to distribute on thumb drives I don't see producing anything of quality within the remainder of my life.
As for the morbidly obese women taking a shit... Tons and tons of people are curious about how someone that can't reach their ass manages to wipe it. All it's got to be is 20 mins per scene with 3 scenes on a thumb drive package. There won't even be any sex in it.
I bet if an American flag was stuck up on the wall behind the toilet and french subtitles were put on the video it would sell an additional 1,200 pieces in France.officially retired as of March 01 2018 but still fucking around and getting into shit.Comment

There is no doubt that money can be made with micro niche and, hard to shoot content. How can you get a cc merchant for things like obese women pooping? I shouldn't laugh but, I can only imagine how difficult that would be to shoot. Where do you find these obese women and, how do you know when can poo? I want to send you a trophy if you can pull this off...or maybe a crate of scented candles. ;-)Comment

1. I've been making smut since the 60s' - My bank knows exactly what I do and they love me.
2. I'm actually selling physical merchandise - The Internet is a black hole when it comes to content and it consumes it faster than it can be produced. Furthermore content can't be protected and the people that profit the most from it are the pirates themselves and they earning far more money than the producer.
I use the Internet as a point of contact for customer service and as a method to rinse punters into buying my product.officially retired as of March 01 2018 but still fucking around and getting into shit.Comment
