I believe it is illegal to sell used panties in the US via mail. I'm not sure if it's a US Mail thing, or if it applies to Fed Ex etc.
I could imagine that phone call...
Fed Ex: "Thank you for calling Fed Ex - How may I help you?"
Caller: "Can I ship used panties via Fed Ex?"
Fed Ex" "Excuse me?"
