sooner rather than later. We are apparently training troops along with South Korean troops to invade and attempt to capture facilities to prevent any launches of nuclear missiles by Kim and even to capture Kim himself. The Secretary of defense is using words more and more often indicating that we are going to engage our military and is currently visiting our troops in the States and the world telling them to get themselves prepared.

In my opinion it's not going to happen.
As I see it the US internally already accepted that NK will (or is) a nuclear power, that can't be reverted "easily", especially if China is not going to help.
IMHO The US leadership already accepted that ~2 months ago, and their recent engagement in the middle east is just a way to deflect and to sell this "solution" with NK to the public without losing their face.
Now, by using the UN sanctions, they'll ride it along for the next decades to keep Kim calm, and in the long run the whole problem will fade out some day as the story with Cuba...Comment

The U.S. definitely has not accepted NK as being a nuclear power because it isn't. It has yet not reached the capability of mounting a nuclear warhead on a missile and it has yet the capability of developing a missile that can survive reentry. They will eventually overcome these two problems but it will take another year or two to do so. They don't really have the capability to successfully deliver a nuke to SK though it may be in the realm of possibilities.Comment
