Edibles or Vapourizer.
Edibles are cheap and easy. THC is fat soluble, which means it dissolves in something like butter, not water. So anything you want to eat with lots of butter or oil in it, say, brownies. Is a good bet. Fry a few grams in a wok or skillet in about a cup of butter and strain out the stems and green mush. Never actually done it myself. Only cost is the herb and the butter.
Vapourizor has the benefit of being MUCH easier on your lungs than smoking, and is also scientifically THE best/efficient way to consume THC by far. The only down size is price. They cost about as much as a low-end vacuum, and they can be hard to find.
