I went to eat brunch as one of Milwaukee's historic hotels, The Pfister....Our table was near a family of folks who were obviously well off....When I saw them by the buffet food, I heard them speaking Russian.....A couple of the men looked like they had just finished killing someone last night..
Then at the head of the table was a well dressed short bald chubby man who everybody seemed to respect...Also, they had bottles of vodka set up on the table so the patrons could just reach and pour their own...
Then while I had to be discreet and sneak out some prime rib and some ham in a ziploc bag that I brought with me, they actually had takeout boxes given to them to bring food with them even after they had stuffed themselves with food.
I wonder what major drug deals they are discussing over some vodka and cigars back at their hideout?
