                          well, the ONLY way there will EVER be peace in the Mideast is IF Russia, China and the US work together. I was very excited that there were Russian connections and to try and say there is NO Clinton, Russian connection would be insane

So the dems would need to completely take control of both houses and that isn't happening in the HOR. Not gonna happen ever so get over it and concentrate on who you'll run in 2020. My bet is HRC will run again and you will all line up behind her like sheep. A 74 year old has been, living off her husband's legacy as a great president.

                                                  My assessment is that we need to allow the investigation to run it's course.

                                                  It's painfully obvious the Russian government tried to directly influence our election. This is the most serious attack on the United States government and our democracy. This is not a political issue - the very security of our country as been threatened. If Trump loves our country as much as claims, why isn't he leading the charge here and demanding this investigation to continue? That in itself speaks volumes.

                                                                                                  There was never a proper reason for any investigation into Hillary's emails. No matter how you spin it, it just isn't illegal for the Secretary of State to send classified email through a private server. Not only is it not illegal, it was a common practice at the State Department, Congress, and other government offices. We had an investigation into something that wasn't a crime and wasn't illegal. Then we had a second investigation. And then the investigations keep happening. We kept having investigations into something that just wasn't a crime. At the same time, we never focused on anyone other than Hillary Clinton. That's a witch hunt.

                                                                                                  It was the same thing with Benghazi. No crime was ever committed. But we multiple investigations into Benghazi "just because".

                                                                                                  Meanwhile we have one investigation into tRUMP, people are pleading guilty, and people are being charged. This isn't coming to a conclusion, but instead it seems to me like it's just getting started. Let the investigation run it's course.

                                                                                                      In the case of President Bill Clinton, he was impeached because he lied about having sexual relations during the Whitewater investigation. When he was impeached, Congress did not feel strongly enough to remove Clinton from office.

                                                                                                      It's interesting to note that Jeff Sessions lied under oath and yet is still in office. Again.... the man in charge of our entire legal system.... lied under oath... and is still in office.

                                                                                                      I was a hardcore Republican at the time when President Bill Clinton was impeached. This was a witch hunt, and completely improper. That was when I left the Republican party. I refuse to be a member of a party that unfairly and unjustly attacks their opponents with only purpose of making the other side look bad. Clearly this hasn't changed with the Republican party.

                                                                                                          Bill Clinton was successfully impeached by the House. Bill Clinton was successfully acquitted by the Senate therefore he wasnt removed from office as the impeachment failed to pass both the House and the Senate and he wasnt removed from office. In other words the impeachment failed.

                                                                                                          If only the House had the power to impeach, every president of the opposite party would likely get impeached, instead we have checks and balances..

Even if there is no collusion, they could try to pin him with obstruction of justice. At the same time we have no idea what his finances is turning up.

                                                                                                                                                          First, there is a new way fighting wars. We are "too nice". At the close of WWII the governments, military, and general population of Germany and Japan were just utterly exhausted. They had five or six years of unrestricted warfare that brought everyone to their knees. This never happened with Iraq - it was over too quick, and they just picked up their pieces and went back to what they doing as if nothing ever happened.

                                                                                                                                                          Second, for political reasons, we didn't want to occupy Iraq. Look at how we treated Germany and Japan for decades. To this day the United States still has large military bases and both countries. And we will for decades to come.

                                                                                                                                                          War is a final option, and it needs to be brutal. Not only do you need to destroy the will of the government and the military to continue the fight, but you also have to break the will of the people. The people themselves have to say "Holy shit, I am going through that again and I will spend the rest of my life ensuring it doesn't happen again". We don't that have now. Instead of rising up from the ashes and discovering every last person in their family is dead, they just brush themselves off and are back in business in three days.

The NY DA? - they have NO jurisdiction over federal statutes and could not impact Trump at all. That was done to intimidate witnesses so Trump could not just pardon all the players. That was also done to apply pressure to Trump's SIL.

They had no right to interview them about the investigation. They had no right to put under oath. And they had on valid reason to ask such questions that were unrelated to the original investigation.

I've been trying to hire an in-office position (not in bay area), but in a decent size city and I am getting the lowest response rate to a job posting i have ever experienced. Crazy.
