what are the legalities of running a Gore site like theync.com in North America?

The judicial system in Ukraine seems less than ideal, so it's no surprise that the site wasn't outed during trial.
I watched the video. Normally I want to throw up all over the place after watching them, but after reading that entire Wiki I had to see it.... wasn't really that bad, but maybe I think that because the guy was pretty much KO'd before they even bashed his face in. I doubt he even knew what was going on.

The motorcyclist did the worst thing you could ever do in front of a lorry.
They overtook from the right, cutting in front of the lorry in a "blind spot", and misjudged the speed needed to get across to the next lane.
From the truck driver's angle (based on the size of the truck) it would have been difficult to see anything coming from that direction and the only notifier that he had run over something was probably the sound of the scooter after he hit it.
The scooter rider was guilty of a huge motorcycle "no-no". The larger the truck, the bigger the blind spots. Thanks to that camera, the truck driver probably wasn't charged.Comment
