We drink maybe 2 or 3 bottles every night between us both & in the day we´ll drink a litre of beer with lunch.
We also drink gallons of water though. I wouldn´t have said it was heavy drinking, it´s enjoying a few glasses of wine in the evenings

nothing wrong with wine, it´s healthy to drink, doctors recommend a glass of wine daily.
Where we go, it´s a brewery, so fresh with no need for additives. The beer has every nutrient and vitamin apart from C. This not a problem, as you get vit C from the sun naturally
tbh, since moving here to Spain, we drink wine every day as already said, but we feel healthier than binge drinking like we did in the UK. Once, maybe twice a week we would drink a bottle of vodka and a few pints.
Many people think because they only drink once or twice a week, it´s ok to drink a bottle of whisky, personally a few glasses of wine every day is better, even though the units are still similar.My official site / Custom vids / Make money links / First time girls
