Because I use some scripts that manages domains thru cPanel for me.

Also forget to add that I'll need 10 IP addresses.

I host through SoftLayer (www.softlayer.com) and definitely recommend them. They provision dedicated servers in about 2 hours typically. You can get WHM/CPanel as an option.

I don't get anything by mentioning this either.
