    watchmen fucking SUCKED

    okay so i checked it out b/c of peer pressure that this was the best movie ever.

    what i found was 3 hours of absolute fucking boredom. i thought it would be lot of action, the whole story line is disconnected, just when i was getting up because i thought the credits were about to roll ANOTHER FUCKING HOUR of stupid white ppl in tight clothes talking, and WTF IS WRONG WITH NIXON, he looks like a jew, i did not know batman was a faggy type guy, and that crazy bitch in lingerie almost got brutally fucked but then decide that she fuck without condom and her daughter discovers her daddy is actually Comedian.


    WTF IS THAT BLUE THING? that thing was fucking scary as shit.

    at first i thought it was from the intel pentium commercial


    AND THAT BLUE THING WALKED AROUND IN THE NUDE through out the whole fucking movie with his penis hanging out.


    i dont know. the movie did have some deep philosophical meaning behind it....but dont think its really worth the time.

    what happened to REAL good movies like "Bourne identity", real human drama. now the entire movie theater is filled with comic and anime inspired movies.

              oh and btw, LOL @ the vietnam scene with teh blue thing zapping vietcongs. some vietnamese ppl were outraged and left the movie....and the pregnant vietnamese lady getting shot.

              i think the filmmakers can expect some lawsuits....

                      i actually had a bit of hope that this would be a hero movie that wouldn't actually suck because of the countless youtube reviews, and newspaper reviews.

                                          It's like you had never seen a commercial, poster or any other promo for this movie. Because if you had, you'd have had some kind of idea what it might be like before going.

                                          Now, if you did have some kind of idea, and knew you hated those movies and still went... then the movie didn't suck, you did. You should have just stayed home knowing ahead of time you hate those movies.

                                                                                          I remember watching the Bourne Identity. I shut it the fuck off after, 20 minutes and threw it like a Frisbee.

                                                                                                                                          If Alan Moore feels strongly enough against the project that he turned down all the money his creator contract would normally give him in this instance, then that is reason enough not to see it.

                                                                                                                                          I'll grant that 300 was pretty, but I fell asleep while watching it. Twice.

                                                                                                                                                      Quite simply, you're wrong. I've got the graphic novel, I thought the movie was fantastic. Could it have been 10-20% better? Sure.. but I'm just glad it was as good as it was. The source material will always be better. After you've had your adaptation-of-your-favorite-novel hymen broken at the age of about 15 you should be able to just accept that the cinematic format has certain limitations and nothing will be as good as the original. With that in mind you can appreciate the movies on their own merit. And Watchmen was good.
                                                                                                                                                      Alan Moore hasn't once not cried about an adaptation, so thats a moot point.

                                                                                                                                                      Now 'scuse my while I cry about Peter jackson leaving out Tom Bombadil.....
