And while we are at it... Same thing with demanding recounts during elections. If Roy Moore wants a recount, we will have a recount. However, in the event the recount doesn't change the outcome of the election Roy Moore should never be allowed to run for public office again, AND have to pay for the recount out of his own pocket.
