Funny thing you say annoying because its not for me. And I really hate popups, I don't use any - bnut when I saw this one, I said thats pretty cool

seriously, if you are just learning about this tool then you probably shouldnt be trying to make money on the internet because your about 9 months behind..

It is a known fact(well for most who research SEO) that overlays, interstitials, popups etc always lower overall internal Google ranking. Thats not to say you cant rank high with them on your site it just means that you would have a better internal Google score without them. Do I personally have experience with a traffic drop due to those, no, but they I dont use those types of ads. They may be effective in the short term but could never sustain viral growth, which is something you want on a website. Anyone can throw up a website and get tons of traffic, but is that traffic worth anything?
