What would you give up for Lent?

I'm not Catholic but if I were to give up anything it would probably be eating meat and sweets. It's a sacrifice but it's also good for health.

I don't think I have given up anything in 15 years.

I would probably try to give up Red Bull if I were practicing... that's really my only vice.
