The company blue titan that came up with sextube inc and filed for trademark whom you previously mentioned fighting with for the domain "officialsextube.com" , do you think they were trying to hijack your domain by coming up with a "dummy" company and filing for tm knowing you owned the domain ? was it your trademark lawyer tipping them off ? or was it more like i mentioned before with your tm lawyer noticing them filing for sextube when you were interested in tming it.
When did you start using the name sextube besides buying the domain ? What has been on the site and when did it become a sex tube ?

That's exactly right. I started without a dime while I was in university. Started by submitting free sites to pk. Then with circle jerk sites. Then tgps. Then Twistys. My wife and I worked 16 to 20 hour days. We'd work all night. Sleep from 11am til about 1pm. And wake up and do it all over. I put every single ounce of energy I had in my body to building up my company to what it is today. I've always lived way below my means. Re-invested a lot back into the business and saved what wasn't re-invested. Nothing that we have came easy. This issue is complicated , when you run a successfull online business you run into issues like trademarks, there are many "trademark sharks" that will take advantage of businesses who ignore things like "protecting your trademark" when twisty's originally filed for trademark , we did so because a "trademark shark" tried trademarking our site name sextube of sextube.com We did this to "protect our investment" , part of "protecting a trademark" is enforcing cases of infrignement, this simply cant be done on a case by case basis. in order to "protect your trademark" it is essential you don't selectively enforce the rules or you can jeopordize your trademark and risk losing it. While we at twisty's welcome the competition and would hate to see an innocent site with no ill intentions bear the brunt of our trademark enforcemnt , we cant risk losing our trademark to be "fair". We will try to work with hardsextube.com to come with a fair solution without risking our trademark.

I've always been open and always tried to keep that connection with all webmasters regardless of size. I've admitted when I'm wrong. I've explained why I made the decisions I did. I didn't have to do that but I did. No matter what I do or say we still get attacked. The bigger we get the more we get attacked. So over the past year with every attack I've become less and less tolerant. You can say I've become more of a dick or asshole. It's probably because every time we are hit with drama I realize how much time it takes up, how much energy it drains from me and how absolutely insignificant it is to our bottomline. It changes nothing. Traffic, sales and business are as usual this week. I haven't lost a single hit, lost a single sale, lost a single anything. Yet I've been exhausted and stressed out of my mind trying to make this situation right. Today it just hit me. Fuck it. Fuck trying to make it right. The only thing I'm going to do is make as much money as I possibly can. That is why I'm in this business. To get as rich as I possibly can.
