NO WAY that's a real call - NO WAY a real 911 operator wastes almost 5 minutes listening to anybody complaining about a restaurant. if it was real, which is isn't, the 911 operator should be fired.

She was perfectly justified in calling the police if they refused to refund her money after they couldn't deliver what she ordered and paid for.
And in a lot of places they tell you to call 911 in any instance where you'll need an officer to come out. They don't want you calling the department.Comment

Now granted, I made some assumptions about the ladies life but it does not appear if she has lots of resources at her disposal. Lets face it we would both bet good money she is poor.
