I gotta say I was pretty shocked anyone would say USA other then to stir shit or something. The large cities have bad areas but they are easy to identify. In these areas you might encounter some shit and you might not.
I live in a dangerous country and when you are in the wrong part of town here you are well aware of it, and you are in danger.Comment

some western people might face with troubles with the lifestyle they got use to, but about the welcoming side, for example: 3 years ago, there was an American friend of mine, He was a student at the University that i m still studying and He went to Syria with one Other Foreigner friend and He said, people were pretty warm to them.

Thats not really a fair way to show the murder stats.. Tijuana has more than 1400 murders per year alone, but Mexico is way down on the list. Yet it has Colombia as the number 1. I used to spend a lot of time there. I personally never had a problem but I've had some friends who got fucked up there pretty bad by getting jumped and robbed in broad day light in the middle of the markets.
I did have a guy pull a gun on me once but I don't really consider that a problem that I can blame on the country, that's just South America.Comment
