                                                      spin round 5 times,
                                                      hit ctrl-alt-del,
                                                      then alt-f4,

                                                      once you done this the one last thing you need to do is,

                                                      press every key on your keyboard at once this can be achived by sitting on it or by turning it upside down and standing on it.
