At the end of the day it's all about traffic, getting as much of it as you can, there is no morals ethics or any of the latter.....

That domain (hardsextube) was live for 2yrs now and it has good traffic so we want it, but its just biz and we are trying to get more for ourselves anyway we can right or wrong who cares...

One comment regarding the lightspeed domain. We had a few lightspeed domains and always promoted lightspeed. We made a deal with lightspeed to transfer them all over to them I was under the impression he had taken them all. Obviously he didn't so we'll get that taken care of when he is back from Hawaii.

If I understand correctly, one way to lose your trademark is through selective enforcement. A "special deal" could be considered selective enforcement. Hdkiller's domain lawyer should read this thread. It might help their case.

from what i read hardsextube had there trademark first... just because it wasn't trademarked in the US doesn't give sextube the right to snatch it. he needs a new trademark lawyer that knows how to do global TM searches before sending out C&D letters.
