Dickmans is good if you get one of their more talented designers,
which I'm not sure if you have to request that specifically or not.
But if you don't request one of their more talented designers you might stand the chance of getting one of their newer guys.. which in that case, there are plenty of better designers for the money.
I wouldn't go dickmans unless your positive you will get one of their better guys, because their newer or less talented guys are not even close to being worth the money

Zuzana should clarify that she outsources most all of her work, if not 100% of it.
She is definitely not a top designer, but more importantly due to the third party outsourced designs their is a big flaw in communication.. and it's a hell of a relay to get those all important details across.

I have never claimed to be the best designer company by far. If our style is something he likes, then that is great. I offer a service and have 1000's of happy clients that have returned for work for the last 4 years. I don't recall ever being employed by you to do designs, so please let me know if I am wrong and we can discuss any problems you may have. If you have not been a client, I welcome you to try my company and you will see how I use vbulliten as client and project management which eliminates lost ICQ's or emails, thus bringing improved communication. This also puts all the details in one place, so there is no "relay hell" whatsoever. My full time employees have been previously employeed by the other "big companies" here on this board along with my newest employee here in North Carolina. I have my own design load as well. I'm avaliable via telephone Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm est for my clients. I work directly with every client, and provide an end product that the client loves every time, or they don't pay... I have a great client list and take care of every client with any of their design needs.Also,

Just to clear it up:
We do have senior and junior designers inhouse. All of our concept works as well as extensive works of planning, development, motion graphics and video edition are leaded by seniors and stages that we consider to be more simple are passed over to our junior designers. Each stage is priced separately so we don't charge anyone unfairly.
