this kind of retouching is not something you see a lot in porn, and the reason is only few people will pay for it. For this kind of image editor needs to burn 2-5 hours which makes price to high for one image unless used on mainpage of paysite or print.
This is probably resize of the original but if you zoom and look closer you will see while the skin is cleaned from imperfections it still have a texture. That's the main difference from the usual stuff you can see around in porn which is quick healed, cloned and airbrushed to look plastic.
You simply can't have professional cheap retouch coz it requires hours of work for just one image (unless you own a slave), esspecialy using B&D technique which is extremely popular in mainstream atm.
