I know what NOT to do.
Last night I was at the gym and this guy started talking to some girl and they made their way to the free weights. He grabbed both 100lb dumbells and sat down to do a shoulder press and couldn't even do one, it was so obvious he never works out with that much weight. Then he acts all angry and says something about this place is making him feel weak. The girl was actually nice and played along at least but the rest of us were sort of snickering at him.
