    My comp is running weird and the exit button's look fake

    So,

    as of just a few minutes ago I rebooted my comp.. was running oddly slow,

    now my exit buttons on every form look fake/altered.

    Basically they don't look like the should in Vista, perhaps I've been jacked up?

    Any advice?

                  Right click on desktop ---> properties ---> click on your theme again ---> click apply ---> problem solved

                  not sure why this error occurs but I have run into it before

                      There really isn't much to see,

                      except the minimize, maximize, and exit buttons on ALL of my forms are about half there normal size.. that and my shit is running all fucked up,

                      taking 5 seconds to type in a text field, or for the cursor to show up.

                      God damn bullshit.

                                          I have tried loads of programs when I have had the unresponsive/hanging computer problem and these two programs worked great for killing trojans and fixing other nasty stuff that gets into the registry -

                                                      Look at Windows Task Manager in the Processes tab and order the list by CPU usage. See if something is freaking out.

                                                              try a system restore go back a few weeks if you can..
                                                              try removing spyware (etc..) in safe mode well unplugged from the internet..
                                                              you can also try
                                                              http://www.killertechtips.com/2008/0...ithout-addons/
                                                              IE in safe mode (turns off all addons)

                                                              But I'm guessing you are going to need to move your files to a backup drive and format C..
