February seems to be that time of year when the planets are in alignment and shit actually happens, and this one so far has been even moreso that way, so I thought I would make an additional push, throw this out there and see what people have or want. Please, nothing below 5-figure range - I don't have kids to feed but do have myself to feed and I eat a ton.

As it stands, I have 5 names and a portfolio each in 6-figure range that I'm trying to move and have a few buyers of names and a buyer of sites that are looking at the moment. I'm pro-deal...love to facilitate deals with both sides being happy.

If you send me names or sites, please please send me actual traffic/revenue stats (screenshots) if you're selling based on traffic/revenue. Pointing me to an Alexa rank as proof that your site has traffic gives me very little to work with.

Regarding sites, I currently have a site buyer looking for sites doing $3k+ per month. I also have a site seller selling a niche site that's done about $80k in the last year (unfortunately it wasn't in a niche my buyer wanted or we'd have probably had a deal!

I have a site needing a backer... you take your cut if it's a deal. it's likely about 40k to get it done...

the site is integral with another site doing more then 3k month

I'm not sure that's something most of my buyers would be interested in doing (i.e. they're looking to buy vs. just invest), but nonetheless shoot me over your proposition and I'll see what I can do.

When I get word back from the current possible buyer that they're not buying, I'll post prices publicly, but ask and ye shall receive. I'm supposed to find out today but we'll see.

Also, please nothing under 5-figures. In fact, given most people tend to overevaluate their own names, let's say if it wasn't your name and you wouldn't dish out $20k on it right now, don't send it to me. If you would and you send it to me and it's nowhere near that good, I'll happily offer up similar quality names for sale to you for $20k apiece. I have thousands of sub-5 figure names of my own to sell vs taking on anyone else's...only in rare cases I do it and it's generally contacts that will be giving me plenty of higher end names otherwise.

For what it's worth, my industry is worse for this - I've lost count of how many domainers approach me to help them sell their name that's worth $20 at best...like I can afford to spend my time and effort to many the ultimate commission of $2!

I don't deal much with sites, or at least haven't yet, but from what I can gather, generally site prices would be calculated based on monthly income, and the amount of months' worth can vary based on how much upkeep is needed to run the site, the market for the site, how established/stable it is, how many months/years data can be shown, etc. In the end though, a seller wants what they want for it and I think they usually just come up with a figure off the top of their head vs. spend the time justifying it. Domains are easier for me because I've had a lot more experience with it and can research most of what's not told to me by the seller and add in my experience to figure out if it's priced well or not.

Anyone interested can still ask me privately for the prices for now but until these names are untied to this buyer, I can't commit to selling any of them at the moment.

Miss(.)com - $215,000
Females(.)com - $135,000
Semen(.)com - $55,000
Filth(.)com - $110,000

I do also still have Porn(.)tv for $200,000 and its renewal fees are only $50/yr (vs. the hundreds of thousands per year that Sex(.)tv registration fees are).

My bad, "potential buyer".

Semen would likely be most suitable for an adult meds site. Or Peter North would get it to show off his loads, I dunno. That's why it's priced what it is instead of higher - not as clear cut as the others.
