I believe most ladies who are attention whores (virtually all actresses) would sleep with a dude just for the chance of building a career (without that direct pay) and they wouldn't even talk about it to pretend they don't do that for the money. If they accepted direct cash, they couldn't deny they were prostitutes.
Just look at the hot chicks in their 30s dating wealthy dudes over 60 .. no one is that naive to believe that is love.
It's just another (indirect) form of prostitution...
