Camsite owners/staff need your words of wisdom

I have been working on my camgirlhandbook website for queit sometime now and I am looking for camsites owners/staff to share your words of wisdom so that future and existing cam girls know what to expect if they choose to work for your company as a model.

What I am looking for is something pretty simple.

Your name, age, location, years at the company and years in the business, your job title.

how did you get started, What do you do at your cam company.
Tell us what it's like working at your cam company, what is it like working for them tell us about the good and bad.

What advice do you have for camgirls, if they choose to become a performer on your site. also tell us what you think makes a good webcam performer.

Please be proffesional in this, also you can send over your piece over to my email address. if you would like you can also add in a headshot photo of yourself if you would like or your cam site banner or logo.

Hey there, maybe you should check out AWW to get a list of available cam sites as well as peoples profile and pics from each individual company? Hope you find what you are looking for and best of luck on your venture.

Maybe lots of people wouldn't be comfortable putting their name out there, my suggestion: go to the camsites, and seek info on affiliate support, or start a thread that goes "camsite affiliate managers - SPAM ME" and then just interview them all through ICQ ;) best of luck .

This is all info a webcam model's studio owner should be telling them, this is one of the reasons camgirls work thru studios. I hold my girl's hands throug the first few weeks, train them, send them outfits, etc..

There is reaosn I am asking for the cam companies to make a contribution for the blog so that the camgirsl who vist the site can see that they cam sites are real people and break down the stigma that they have of the camming business. if they have enough information about the business they are more likely to get into it without huge hesitations.

and the girls that are emailing me are not interested in working with a studio. they want to be a direct model of the site. I use to be in a studio and it was a horrible nightmare in so many ways so for me giving them the information about being a direct model of the site is perfect because you do not need a studio all they do is offer you crap they can't deliever and other bull shit.

Jeez, not EVERY studio, I am a JOY to work with and my girls/guys r happy to give me 10%, the work I do for them and with them justifies it every day.
