That's not exactly true. There have been no "bad support" issues with the Nubiles Tube Script . Most support issues are user errors of which we still help people with.
Speaking of updates we have a new update (currently in beta) that features xml, thumb rotation (so the tube can be run like an mgp without an external thumb rotation script), new templates and a handful of other features.
Speaking of features, the Nubiles Tube Script offers flv conversion, auto updating and many other features that some paid scripts do not.
